Meet the Team.

We are a Mother-Daughter team with over 30 years experience in the industry, committed to providing friendly customer service and quality flowers for individuals and businesses across the Gold Coast. Adam’s Garden Florist was established and serving the Gold Coast with flowers from 1975 to 2020. On December 9th we launched Flower Studio Gold Coast; our first venture together.

We are not just floral artists, we have a passion for flowers & exceptional customer service. We are willing to go above & beyond to ensure all our customers are happy and love what they receive. We maintain interest in developing trends, while striving to keep our own unique style. We also work to keep up with our customer preferences.

Belinda Cook

From a young age, I loved hand picking frangipanis from my nanas garden, who inspired me to be a creative person. I began floristry journey at the age of 18, working alongside Rhonda Henderson in the inner city hub of Bellfield’s florist. After many years of experience in Brisbane floristry’s, I began a new journey on the Gold Coast in 2006, working at a well-known 5 star hotel in Surfer's Paradise. It was here that I developed a love & passion for weddings, proposals, corporates and all things floral. Moving back into the retail sector, I have gained strong relationships with my customers over the past 30 years. Today at Flower Studio Gold Coast, I bring zen & love into my studio, ensuring each and every floral bouquet, arrangement, wedding & event is filled with love, passion, & adoration. Our style is unique, whimsical, vintage bespoke garden design ensuring we are different from your average florist. My life is not a routine 9-5 job, it is a passion and way of life, everything FLORAL and I wouldn’t it have it any way.

Bethany Cook

After being born into the flower world, you could say I was basically born with flowers in my hair. Before I could walk, I was already playing florist, going on road trips to the flower markets and delivering beautiful flowers to everyone. Since I can remember I was dreaming of running my own shop and living in the flower world 24/7. Between studying at school, working part-time in a busy florist, studying business & weddings, and being apart of a busy well known styling company, I knew I was heading in the right direction. After graduating school, I had the pleasure of working full time and learning alongside many of the top florists on the Gold Coast. My main influencer & teaching has always been my Mum, helping me become the best florist I can. We have started our journey together at Flower Studio Gold Coast by joining our love, passion & experience and creating beautiful fresh seasonal florals, weddings & events. My entire life has been based around flowers & love and I wouldn’t change a thing, I look forward to seeing you in store and sharing my passion with you.
