What do I need to know before placing an order on Valentine’s Day?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee time deliveries across the Valentine’s period (Sunday 12th, Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th February). To do so, will incur an additional fee and will need to be arranged by calling through to our store (07) 5594 7774. Pick up ordered can also be arrange online, in store or by contacting us to arrange your pick ups our studio will be trading Sunday 13th Feb & Monday 14th Feb. Please also note, as we are working with Mother Nature, every bouquet will have their own unique slant and won’t be exactly as pictured, due to various seasonal foliages, florals and fillers coming in daily. Substitutions may occur where needed.


Where do our flowers come from?

All over the place. Some come from our hinterland and surrounds (tropicals like heliconias, ginger beehive, foliage…), Northern NSW (lilies, viburnum, magnolia…), Redland Bay (roses, gerberas, stock…), Lockyer Valley (roses, ranunculas…), the rest of Aus (lots of stuff). Some special things even come from Africa (Kenyan roses! Oh my!), Asia (some anthuriums, some orchids and special things….) So, lots of local, but also all over. It’s about getting the best flowers we can.

 Do we have a guarantee?

We are nice folks and we expect that you are too. If for some reason you are less than satisfied and would like us to take action, let us know. However, once plants are out of our care we cannot take responsibility for how they are maintained. You must let us know within 48 hours if there is an issue. We stand by our product but also acknowledge that we are human, and plants are plants and require the right care & love, once the plants have left our store they are out of our care.


What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, also direct-debit on request (but payment must be cleared prior to delivery), and for pre-approved customers with a history of purchases with us we accept cheque, and account based ordering.

Do I have to buy online?

No, the online shop is simply to make it easier for people who prefer to buy that way. Feel free to phone us or pop in, we like to talk to you too, in fact we like talking to you even better!

What happens if no-one’s home when the order is delivered

If it’s safe and sheltered to leave, the courier will do so and leave a note in the letterbox, plus we will usually call to make sure the recipient finds it when they get home. If it’s not safe then we will bring it back to the shop to arrange re-delivery or collection. Just let us know if after, or before, a certain time will be better and we’ll try to work around that. An extra charge will occur if re-delivery is required.

How much is your Event Hire?

Our Event Hire packages are unique & individual, please contact us today to receive your event hire information.

Is there a minimum hire for your Event Studio?

Yes, we have a 2-hour minimum hire for our Events Studio

How much is the deposit to hire your Event Studio?

The deposit to secure your event date & have your Event special event in our Space is 1-hour hire fee, the balance for your Event Hire is due 2-weeks prior to your Event date.

Is your website secure?

We have an SSL certificate for the checkout page and use PayPal when processing your payment for us.

What if I’ve given the wrong address?

Incorrect information which leads to the need for re-delivery may result in an extra fee being charged. Please provide full and accurate information

All orders must have:

All orders must have recipient name, full address (unit number, house number, street number, street name, suburb & post code), and contact number for recipient. If you do not provide the above the order will be placed on hold until details are confirmed otherwise if unable to deliver an extra delivery fee will be charged in order to
re-deliver.
